“My journey to living a healthier lifestyle began with the same inconsistent commitment with my physical conditioning, and poor dietary choices. It was not until I became a member of Iron Works Gym that I understood the importance of having a support team. Iron Works was a true neighborhood gym, so being surrounded by so many like minded people created an (awesome) atmosphere of accountability. The whole experience was so pleasurable that without knowing it, that journey had equipped me with the tools necessary to make my own transition to live healthier. It also created a desire in me to be the support system that would educate and motivate others who want to start making positive health, and fitness decisions as well.”

“I have been practicing yoga on and off since 2004. Discovering Baptiste Power Yoga in 2012 led me to a daily practice. As a lifelong athlete, I was challenged by the physical nature and flow that Power Yoga offers. In 2013 I decided to deepen my practice with a 60-hour teacher training and went on to complete my 200 hours RYT teacher training at Power Yoga Works in 2014. Since then, I have furthered my knowledge and education with extensive classes in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Acro Yoga, as well as, SUP training in 2020.
When not practicing yoga, I manage a small medical practice in Philadelphia. I believe that the yoga practice should be accessible and enjoyable for all bodies. The benefits are immediate and immeasurable. While not teaching, or working I enjoy live music, the beach and spending time outdoors with my family and friends.”
